MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

PRE-1996 (THE FORMATIVE YEARS)

My journey through the Entertainment Industry started in 1998 while attending York University for Political Science and Business. I was drawn into the semi-pro non-equity production of A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum which starred a number of at that time unknown Canadian stage personalities. After York University I side tripped into the Hospitality Industry, Banking Industry and Print Media and landed at a print advertising firm and worked as the Canadian Travel Advertising Rep for a number of U.S. publications including The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Washington Post, New York Daily News. During this time I served as a Sales Rep and I also wrote the software that tracked all media buys, materials, deadlines and billing.
